DMCA – KineMaster
KineMasterrespects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our app and services to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy for handling copyright infringement claims.
1. Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, used, or shared through KineMaster in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated agent including the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with sufficient information to locate it (such as a link, file name, or screenshot).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on
